Rochester pet store sends out APB for missing ferret

1/30/07
WKEC-TV - Rochester, NY

ferretA pet store in The City Of Rochester is hoping a ferret thief will come forward. The animal was stolen from Park Avenue Pets on Monroe Avenue. Owner Lisa Bilski has a sign in the front window asking for the thieves to return the ferret safe and sound.

Bilski believes it was stolen two weeks ago, when two women came to her store asking questions about the ferrets. The two left then returned later that day and that's when the animal vanished. Bilski has contacted police and now she's making a plea to the community. Bilski says all she wants is for the ferret to be returned, with no questions asked and no charges filed.
