I was recently contacted to remove Warm Fuzzies Ferret Shelter, which is in Michigan, from my shelter directory. It has closed. While there are other shelters listed in that state, it is still a big loss.
Being involved myself with a local ferret shelter, I know it is a very difficult task to run one. This is not the first, nor will it be the last to close, and I would like to extend a thank you to the people who had run Warm Fuzzies for the work they had done.
If anyone is aware of other ferret shelters in Michigan, or anywhere else that is not listed, PLEASE contact me.
