I have been a sponsor of DDDFR for a year and a half. I have made the 140+ mile round-trip to visit her shelter twice. I was impressed by the cleanliness, her knowledge and her commitment to the fuzzies! We are glad to help such an organization, that is so dedicated to helping ferrets in many ways. Our five fuzzies were all adoptions, and spoiled rotten. We donate in their memory, so surviving ferrets can have a good life also.
i have been volunteering w/denise for a few years now. also all of my ferrets have been rescues from her shelter. denise is totally amazing and puts all of the fuzzies as a priority in her life. proper care and attention is mandatory and she is very careful about placing ferrets in new homes. i totally encourage everyone looking to have a ferret as a family member to go to denise\'s dookers for education and a great new pet.
