They eat mice regularly, and just from that little step you can see a difference in them! I feed chicks to my ferret whole and the larger roosters are quartered and frozen for a future time. She chooses the meat (fresh, defrosted or frozen!)over biscuits every time. It seems rediculous to assume that an essentially wild animal can be healthy on a purely man-made diet.
